Another Dry Rainy Season (and other prayer requests)

We are in the middle of what is usually the smaller rainy season. It should be raining every day or so. Instead we are enjoying very warm and sunny weather. In fact, it is the hottest temperatures that we've experienced in Nairobi. It has only rained twice in the past 3 weeks, and this when the country should be getting nearly 1/2 of its total rainfall. So far there hasn't been much in the papers about famine.

Please pray that the rains might begin so that farmers may be able to produce the needed food.

Many students at NIST have difficulty paying tuition and keeping up with support for the family. I'd like to ask you to pray for them, that they can find money for school fees, transportation and other needs.
