Jessica visited in June
Jessica was able to visit us in June for almost 3 weeks. We were together again as a family for the first time in 9 months. Jessica had been in Spain on a cross-culture term, and 'on the way home' she stopped in Nairobi to visit. We didn't have the opportunity to go anywhere special, but we enjoyed being together again - and in Africa - where we've spent most of our time together as a family.

Jordan shows Jessica his new friend, a chameleon.Jessica is now back in the USA, working at Plain & Fancy Restaurant in Bird-in-Hand, PA. She is making some money over the summer to prepare for her 3rd year at Eastern Mennonite University, where she is majoring in history and Spanish. She will go to Harrisonburg in a few weeks. While in the Lancaster area, she is staying with our friends, Ivan and Mary Ellen Leaman.
